I am looking for an open source issue tracking software as an alternative to BMC Remedy any suggestions? There are lots out there so I am curious if anyone has a recommendation for something that worked well for them. I need to track types of issues users are experiencing and the resolutions and some reporting. Does not need to be as elaborate as Remedy. Tier1 will take the calls and needs to be able to assign them to Tier2 support people.

Just now I chatted with norton technician for resolving the issue if tracking cookies. He couldn't resolve it? The norton techinician Shamsudheen could not resolve the issue of tracking cookies. My complaint number was 497361030. He ended the support session as he was frustrated while showing a very unprofessional behavior. No one can accept this irresponsible action from a representative of Symentec. When Norton is not able to protect my computer, I am obliged to find another product from the market. So, please refund my money and let me know whom should I contact. Or please resolve this issue.

Computer security issue, tracking cookies,new virus protection,download 64bit? Ive been having some issues today with my computer with pop up ads.. So I ran a scan and it reported that I had 122 tracking cookies? the name of the cookies were Cookie_GO? My virus protection took care of the issue. But im worried, I lost my dell computer a couple of months back to a really bad virus. ~Long story short Yesterday I turned on computer and in the lower window my windows security center was in the red, so i clicked on it and it came up that: Malware Protection:Virus protection windows live one care is on but not reporting it's status to windows security center In a FORMAT that is no longer supported. Use the program's automatic updating feature, or contact the program manufacture for an updated version. I removed the Live care one and went to trend micro.com and downloaded (Paid) for internet security-virus protection.Then had to download 64 bit. However since yesterday at 3 pm when i did a huge scan (which took almost 2 hours and now today I had 122 tracking cookies?) I don't know a lot about computers, and I only use it for email and some games. Im getting worried, Ive been trying to get to a certain site and every time I try this ad pops up. It still pops up after Ive deleted my cookies and deleted all temp files. I don't know what to do.

How do you resolve tracking issues with an altazimuthal mount? I put the large weight on the tripod, but not the small one because I don't know how to use it. I aligned the axis with polaris, but the telescope became unstable when I raised it too high. Polaris was very high in the sky, and the telescope seemed to stop resting on the mount as much as it needed in order to be stable. It wanted to fall (around the declination axis?). When I moved it much away from the mounting axis, it seemed more inclined to fall along the declination axis, too. The declination axis stop screw didn't hold the telescope well when it was off the mount axis. The ascension axis seemed to turn easily in one direction and harder in the other direction. The weight seemed to get in the way with the tripod legs when looking close to the horizon, so I moved it up, but the pole which it was holding onto got in the way when I went lower, thus getting in the way of tracking and moving the telescope to find objects. How do I resolve these issues and what is going on? I read the intructions, but for a novice astronomer, they might as well be written in Greek. I learned a few things, but they are a little cryptic and they didn't clearly address any of the problems which I am having right now. Plus, it's kind of hard to read in the dark, when I'm trying to make it work right. I learn much better in the field than in the "classroom" anyway. I agree that it is a German equatorial. As you can see, I get terms mixed-up sometimes. I am in Houston, TX. I agree that I don't know how to work the weights for proper balancing.

International Mail from Canada and Tracking issue? I am waiting for a package from Canada that was sent Xpresspost. It has a tracking number. When I track on Canada post, they state that the package has arrived in the destination country, but the USPS.com site states that Country of Origin is preparing to send. I found out later that the sender put an incorrect address on the package that being the first letter of my street was written in as "W" instead of "N" and the word Rd. was written instead of Dr. after the street name. He thinks and he told me he got a notice that the package was undeliverable, but I haven't been able to get that information from either USPS or Canada Post. He said this happens sometimes. My worry is that the item is a very special highly sentimental item and I'm mad at myself for trusting the post office and this fellow. I sent it FedEx. It arrived safe and sound and in very short order. I was willing to give extra money to have it sent back the same way. I sent it for repair and restoration. He did not listen so here I am waiting. Could it be stuck in customs? Could it be lost? Why is there no information on the track sites. I've been crying over this. It was sent from Canada on December 11, 2008 and is not anywhere at this point. Help with Track Lighting dimming issue, fire hazard? My monorail track lighting does not turn on immediately when I flip the switch, The lights do turn on after a slight delay, but they will begin dim on their own and eventually go off again after some time (perhaps 20 min ). They will go on again after a while (maybe after it cools down?) This started about two months ago when I replaced two light bulbs. How can the corporation/company be held responsible if they do not issue sales invoices? Since my order was not fully served, I was force to cancel my purchase. I keep track of all the shipment made for my order and I have not received any invoice for a couple of items sent by the supplier. Some sent items that have no invoice were sent way back in April or May. Until now I have not receive any invoice. I need those invoices for tax purposes. Word 2003 on XP-Tracking issues? With Track changes turned off, my doc file seems to be growing in size after every modification. Even with track changes turned off the WORD is keeping a track of all changes... I came to know of this from one of the recipient to whom I mailed the modified doc file. on his machine it showed all changes. kindly suggest... one alternative that I'm practising nowadays is to copy file contents and paste in NOTEPAD and then recopy n paste in fresh doc file and redo formatting and give new name to doc file. treadmill belt slipping - is it a lube issue? O.k. - so I have a nordic track treadmill and I had an issue with the belt sliding to the right. I fixed that according to the manual and got it centered again. Now, however, I'm on it and it sometimes tends to "slip" - like when you're running on it and the belt kind of jerks a bit making you feel like you're going to stumble. How to fix Zune hardware issue? A couple of days ago, the wheel on my Zune started acting crazy. No matter which way I slide it, it seems to only register as "up" (aka: I try to slide the wheel to the right to fast forward in a track, and the volume turns up). The center button also seems to register the same as sliding the wheel. Sometimes it reverts back after a hard reset. Is there anything I can do about this?
