I heard there's some web site where people bid for your software project, for example, I can say I want a website to be done in 30 days with $3000 budget, then some project manager who is insterested can bid. did you guys know about this? thanks!

1. Try Elance. This is what your talking about I believe. Well this site or one like it. I've done a lot of work through here. That's the idea though. This is my project, this is when I need it done, this is what I want to pay. Then people bid on the job and you choose who you want for your project.
