Management Project Software

What kind of program or software project would you want to buy?

What would make you say "I want that! How much is it?" If possible, it should be something that can be developed by a skilled programmer in less than 1 year ;-)

1. A product I've been looking for, but not really finding at a price I can afford, is a strong suite of music mixing software. The kinda stuff where you can edit mp3 and wav files, etc.
2. I've never found a suitable Google/Yahoo Images spider. Something that will take a search string and download all the image results from Google and Yahoo. It would need to have options for limits, locations, at the like. That is something I would consider buying.
