can you help me with think about the possible software program that i can do for my project, something that is useful and would benefit.

1. I guess you have asked a wide open question to answer. Please can you provide few details to make it more specific to answer? Mentioning something like the followings: - Purpose? Educational, training etc. - If any specific technology / programing language you wish to work - Any target business domain, i.e. Telicommunication, Hotel and restaurant, University, Insurance etc. I believe some addional info as to this will definitely facilitate potential reponders tho guide you.
2. What language are you using? If you are using Visual Basic, it's simple and fast. I suggest you make a Web Browser software that has more accessibility and features. Or make an Encryption software for encrypting texts (those are my interests). If you are using an advanced programming language like C++, the best thing to do with it is a windows utility for easily managing the system (security, access, options, ...), or a game engine.
