Management Project Software

Is there any e-commerce system/software that both manages orders and integrates project management?

I am looking for a system that will both take orders from our website, and allow us to manage each order as its own project in some project management software. Each order requires several people to collaborate to create the product, so when each order is placed we would like a new project to be made on the back-end where we can manage that order as its own project. Maybe there is an open source project management tool that would work?

1. Project mgmt is a holy grail of CMS. You can waste a lifetime installing and testing, only to discover some features are missing. What you ask is custom software. Drupal and Ruby-on-Rails offer the fastest scaffolding in my experiences, important so that you can thow away undesired setups and try again by adding modules. You definitely want a CMS. Look at Redmine for a Ruby ROR solution (open source). Look at Drupal, offering php coding, using PM modules. My suggestions assume you are a programmer and want custom features using php and/or Ruby / database
