What are the best project management methodologies for a medium sized business?

I'm researching different project management methodologies for the business i work for and would appreciate the input of anyone with experience. The business is based around insurance services and currently employs approx. 400 staff. We have our own in house development team and run entirely in house software applications. Our projects will include come IT based projects as well as non IT based ones. What are your opinions of the following? Agile Six Sigma Prince2 ...any others that you suggest!

1. For Insurance companies, you must have lot team of agents which need upgrade information and policies regarding insurance products. Plus you need to track the performance of your agents which might be working remotely in field . You need a Software which automate all your work. I think Proofhub will be best suited to your need .
