1. i have never used the website you are asking about, but learned one thing working for a number of years in the non-profit sector and in owning a small business (restaurant). there are many definitions of project management. if you are planning on entering a specific trade, look for courses that pertain to your area of study. whatever it is, go to the mountain. find the best program you can and start there. good luck!

3. I was unable to locate the site you mentioned, but if possible I could try to do an in-person project management course . Project management is a very participatory disciple and sitting down with the instructor and other students has distinct benefits. If you can't do a course in person, try to find an on-line course that at least has a live instructor so you can ask questions etc. I would also try to find a course that adheres to a well recognized approach such as PMI's Body of Knowledge or PRINCE2 or ITIL.
