Management Project Software

I am looking for an open source issue tracking software as an alternative to BMC Remedy any suggestions?

There are lots out there so I am curious if anyone has a recommendation for something that worked well for them. I need to track types of issues users are experiencing and the resolutions and some reporting. Does not need to be as elaborate as Remedy. Tier1 will take the calls and needs to be able to assign them to Tier2 support people.

  1. I don't think you'll find many (if any) open source Call logging software, especially anything like Remedy as it's such a niche market.
