Where to find freeware for material issue & receipt tracking freeware?

I want a freeware that can be used to keep track of issue & receipt of my gauges/instruments from my department (Quality Control) to/from shop floor

1. Since your requirement is simple, I suggest you to better to develop a small program by yourself by using MS Excel or MS Access. These softwares are available in all the PCs.
