does any one know an online FREE "ISSUE TRACKING" software??

hi all, i like to know if thereis any FREE ONLINE "Issue Tracking" application ?? I have been looking for some on the web, but all I found was trial version or for purchase!! Im developing an application with a few friends, we need to be intouch with all the issues that we come up with. One of them will always settle the issues. please give a suggestion how to go about this!! thanks in advance!! B hi people, I was wondering if there is any O-N-L-I-N-E service. Why because I cannot be running a server on my own. and i dont have one either. so it would be nicer if i have a already running service!! just like adminitrack.com(but its only trial) thanks for your answers so far!!

1. There are lots. Trac is a newer one that is gaining popularity. Another popular one that has been around a while is RT from Best Practical - their site seems to be messed up at the moment.
2. have a look at http://www.bugzilla.org/ its a free. Although it is designed for linux, it can be made to work on a IIS server
